SaaS and Cloud Computing come of age.
The year 2009 has been good for some and bad for others. In the CRM space, some major achievements have been shown in the field of SaaS and Cloud Concept. The recession has made people tighten their financial belts and made them look at SaaS as a scalable and a robust model to replace the traditional EA implementations. This is not to say that the traditional implementations have gone away, or will go away, but, the organizations which wanted to get the benefits of a full-fledged EA, can do so now at an affordable cost.
